Post surgery Lymphatic massage is amazing! I was struggling with pain and inflammation and the massages have made a tremendous difference in my recovery. I would highly recommend these massages for anyone recovering from a surgery!!! The staff is amazing and incredibly knowledgeable.

I took advantage of one of the “happy hour” offerings (the Infrared Sauna) and teamed it with the Ozone Foot Bath today! As another small business owner in Flower Mound, I appreciated the discount and the opportunity to take advantage of some self-care! The office is so peaceful and relaxing and I always feel so much better after some self-care! Jackie and her staff are simply amazing people. Warm, friendly, and Jackie has a ton of knowledge and training. I had plastic surgery after significant weight loss and Jackie set up a plan to reduce my swelling and inflammation and keep an eye on my incisions and scars as I healed.
