Physically Therapy & Pelvic Floor – Dr. Russell
I’m also a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a passion for helping people feel strong and capable. I graduated from Texas Woman’s University with my Bachelor’s in Kinesiology in 2011 and my Doctorate in 2014. Most of my career has been spent in orthopedics and pelvic health, and I’ve pursued advanced training in everything from pelvic floor rehab and dry needling to spinal manipulation and working with fitness and postpartum athletes.
When I’m not with patients or my family, you’ll likely find me at the CrossFit gym. I’ve been doing CrossFit for over six years now, and I love the way it pushes me to tackle challenges I once thought were out of reach. That same mindset is what fuels my work as a PT. There’s nothing more rewarding than helping someone achieve what they thought was impossible—whether it’s lifting heavier in the gym, running their first race, picking up their grandkids, or just getting through the day without pain.
At Strong Foundation Physical Therapy, I’m here to make those moments happen for you. Let’s do this together!
